RECOACTIV® Recovery Renal can be given undiluted as a complete food or as a supplement to food. Shake the bottle vigorously before use.

Fresh water should always be available. It is recommended to seek veterinary advice before use or before extending the feeding period.

Acceptance is highest at room temperature. In cases of insufficient food intake, it is recommended to warm the product before administration and give it undiluted - for example, by warming a plate under warm water and applying the product there.

In cases of critical food refusal, it has proven effective to let the animal lick the product from your finger gradually or to administer it into the mouth with a syringe (without a needle!) until the animal gets used to the product and eats independently again.

After opening, store at 4-7°C and consume within 10 days.

Das Renaltan Tonicum hingegen empfehlen wir, wenn bereits eine Niereninsuffizienz vorhanden ist. Dieses Tonicum wirkt ebenfalls appetitanregend und enthält einen Phosphatbinder. Dieser sorgt dafür, dass das Phosphat aus dem Futter gebunden und direkt ausgeschieden wird. So sinkt der Phosphatspiegel, was das Fortschreiten der Niereninsuffizienz verlangsamt. Das Recovery Renal Tonicum ist für Katzen geeignet, die aufgrund der Niereninsuffizienz an Gewicht verloren haben oder das Fressen komplett einstellen. Da Futterverweigerung bei Katzen schnell lebensgefährlich werden kann, kann dieses Tonicum auch als Alleinfuttermittel angewendet werden. Zudem hat es einen hohen Kaloriengehalt, um die Gewichtszunahme zu unterstützen.

Kann ich das Nieren Tonicum mit dem Renaltan Tonicum oder dem Recovery Renal Tonicum kombinieren?

Wir raten davon ab, dass unsere Nierenprodukte untereinander kombiniert werden, da die Rezeptur aller drei Produkte ähnlich ist und ggf. gewisse Vitamine überdosiert werden könnten. Alle drei Produkte wirken appetitanregend und unterstützen die Nieren. Deshalb ist die Kombination mehrerer Tonica nicht notwendig und intensiviert auch nicht die Wirkung.
